This machine is made in China but recently many Chinese mask factories tend to be decreased by saturation of mask manufacturing system in China. Thus, some factories which produce mask production machines, suddenly got a lot of stocks both dental and KN95 production lines. Consequently, the actual price of machines has been decreased a lot.
The N95 mask machine automatic production line is a fully automated machine for producing N95 and KN95 masks. This automatic production line is mainly composed of a coil material feeding machine, a nose bridge forming machine, a labeling ear belt machine and a forming discharge machine. The coil feeder can supply a variety of non-woven fabrics. The mask usually contains an inner layer of ordinary non-woven fabric, a middle layer of polypropylene melt-blown non-woven fabric, and an outer layer of water-repellent non-woven fabric. This automatic production line can be used for raw material roll feeding from mask production, body production, label printing, welding with double ear straps, folding, forming, until the finished product discharge of N95 masks is fully automated, controlled by an advanced intelligent programmable control system. No manual operation is required to achieve fully automated production
